Blisters on me fingers

I’ve got blisters on me fingers, no not really, but I’ve playing the guitar a lot the last few days strumming some chords in order to find some sort of melodies that suite the words I’ve written, still I think it’s an injustice to the pen as it did some awesome work I feel.

News is that I’ve completed some material, yes two new pieces, I’m still working on composing it but I’ve done the lyrics, it’s been hectic the last few days here, haven’t quite put my full attention to it, but I’m glad I got this out, feel that my work is getting better each time I write a new piece.

Back - two new poems (lyrics)

It’s been a bit too long, needed to get on and post. Have been busy with some new work, very happy with it, I’ll insert it here.

Anyway...it's creeping ever so closely and six months can feel like a mile away but South Africa is going to host the best World Cup ever, not so sure the team (Bafana) will match up as they've been a big a disappointment thus far, hopefully in some miraculous way they can make us proud.

Have had fun watching cricket this month, we've been spoiled with some awesome matches, the England series was a memorable one even though South Africa managed only to level the series, think Graeme Smith showed his credentials and Steyn proved why he is the worlds best bowler, only feel for Ntini who got sacked after the second test match, but unfortunately time catches on, still think the guy is one heck of a player

Super 14 Rugby just around the corner, and let's go Bulls, I won't hide the fact that I'm a proud Blue Bull supporter and while The Stormers (Western Province) might feel that they've now got two "superstars" in their team Fourie and Habana,whoopi freakin doo! You still need to perform and The Sharks and Bulls are too much of a quality side to let that bother them, so I see it's a battle for top dog in South African rugby between the two again.

Anyway enough sport, most of the Americans are going what the hell? that's because I don't have a clue what's going on in their NFL, NBA and other stuff lol, so much to learn

Uuuughhhhh

Uuuugh I hate it when I can't find the right thing! I've been sitting and trying to find the right words and notes for the last five days or so, I've just given up, think a small rest is in order.

I have this big book I need to go through but I'm not in the mood, but it better be sooner than later so might be hitting it tomorrow, gonna make some footnotes and stuff so that I can memorize it.

Very proud of the South African cricket team, they played awesomely today, Graeme Smith is just the best, smashing them all over the park today!!!!! proud to be South African.

Will start uploading some pictures of events taking place, as of now nothing has happened yet, quite boring if I can say but it will soon start kicking off

Official first post of 2010

I've made it my mission to start blogging about events, work and parties lol. This is my first post of 2010, I'm just looking forward to this year and hopefully it's going to be a year to remember, we had a party for New Year's and after we went in to 2010, I told my friend that if I could hit the object with the ball than 2010's gonna be an awesome year and I did, but I said that could have been luck so I tried from various positions and hit it 5/5 so I'm pretty sure that's a sign of great things to come.

Busy writing on a few projects, should actually just try and finish up one and then go to the other but I can't I just have so many ideas, and my PC is crammed up with lyrics that I've done, in total I think there's about 160 of them, madness if you ask me! but I don't feel them quite up to standard, you see I want it to be perfect, I want you to feel something out of it when you read it, when you hear it, it's just my way of making you appreciate what I wrote.

Looking forward to some fishing tomorrow, I'll be honest I don't do fishing, it really bores me but I do have a friend that's so in to it, so it'll be fun just going there and having a good time just talking and playings some ball as well...haven't done that in a long time.

Scarletto...or just some garbage

So at last I've found the strength to start this thing called blogging, also been trying how to figure out this Twitter thing, I see a lot of people have it but I've never actually found what this is really in need of, until I realized that's it's a very good source of advertising for celebrities

Plainly who cares about them going to a coffee shop " well ello mum and ello dad, I'm having sum scones with jam and sum tea, it's bluuuudy murverllouss" and all the people who are following them are like "OMG OMG OMG! he eats scones, no way!!!!!" and I'm like yeah bets he shits too

All in all, I'm happy I've started with this, want to start sharing all the ideas, be it crap or great with you guys, I've been writing a few good ones lately and I see myself getting better and better with each song/lyrics I write.

Quite upbeat for what 2010's going to be like, I know it's going to be a tough year for me, but maybe it's one that will develop me even further as a person, really hoping that I can achieve what I've set myself to do, I want nothing less than greatness.

Very upset with the way how the South African national cricket team played, we got beaten badly, it was a sad day today, just hoping they can recover and make us feel proud to be South African in the Cape Town test.
